Pay Structure and Opportunities at Fit Buddha
Pay Structure:
- Our pay scale ranges from $20 to $30 per class, with incremental increases of $1 for each full class taught. This structure rewards our trainers for their commitment and encourages growth within our teaching community.
Ambassador Program:
- Currently, we are exploring an Ambassador Program to enhance our community and income opportunities. The primary avenue for this is through Purium, allowing trainers to earn additional income while creating a positive impact and building a location independent business for themselves under the umbrella of Fit Buddha.

- Additional Income Stream: Trainers can earn an extra $200 to $1,000+ by sharing their stories of transformation and promoting Purium products in a natural and beneficial way to our clients.
- We don’t believe in forcing anything but asking questions and supporting where the need exists.

- Kick Your Booty Classes: Trainers teaching these classes will receive higher compensation and have the opportunity to offer unique discounted Fit Buddha specials that they receive a percentage on for each package sold. Purium Superfood tastings are being offered as well at the reception after the Kick your Booty party exclusively for attendees, creating additional value and engagement.
- Private Training Opportunities: Higher pay rates for private training sessions provide another avenue for trainers to increase their earnings while delivering personalized support to clients.
