MONTHLY PACKAGES
All monthly packages are on auto-pay and require permission for automatic withdrawal from your bank account. Monthly packages will automatically renew and are under a “use it or lose it” policy. We must receive written notice 30-days in advance if you do not roll over into the following months.

MEGAFORMER CLASS PACKS
Class Packs are valid for 12-months after the date of purchase. Packages are good for any of the Megaformer classes including the 40-minute Total Body, Advanced Level II Megaformer, and Boomer Buddha classes.
