WHY I BECAME A TRAINER AT FIT BUDDHA:

I’ve always enjoyed situations where I get to teach people new skills or help them expand on existing skills. After taking classes at Fit Buddha for four years, I felt like I had a pretty good understanding of Lagree. I love the genuine positivity of the community at Fit Buddha, and it’s really special to be able to experience it as both a client and a trainer!

WHY I BECAME A TRAINER AT FIT BUDDHA:

WHY I BECAME A TRAINER AT FIT BUDDHA:

When my NCAA Division 1 tennis career ended, I lost a huge part of my identity. Becoming a Fit Buddha trainer is a piece of my journey that I believe is not only helping me reconnect with my love for fitness and self-worth but ultimately how I can best contribute to the world and those around me. Joining the Fit Buddha community and working to grow it so we can build each other up to become better versions of ourselves is one of the main reasons I became a trainer.

3 THINGS CLIENTS CAN EXPECT IN MY CLASS:

Good energy and positive vibes
Challenging routines built on foundational Lagree moves because it’s all about effective pairings and that flow
Attention to the correct form and tempo because that shake is so good

MY MOTTO IN LIFE:

Keep evolving — Have a positive attitude, an open spirit, think outside the box, believe in yourself, and be thoughtful in what you do and how you treat others because I believe all of those are important pieces in the evolution of your personal journey.

MY FAVORITE MEGA-MOVE:

Flying scrambled egg

MY FAVORITE SONG TO WORK OUT TO:

I have a new favorite song every week but one song I can always get into during a cardio session is Rolex (Flex Remix). My normal go-to’s are pretty mainstream – almost any feel-good pop on today’s top hits mixed with a little bit of gangsta rap is a good playlist to me ha! Music can make or break a workout in my mind – if the music is good, I can almost guarantee I’m working harder and smiling through the burn.
